Document Creation and Delivery Improvements

More Control and Deeper Insights with AventX Email Tracker

Initially introduced in v24.2, we’ve extended the Redact Delivery Destination to the Email Tracker Module. Previously, the redaction option was only available for basic mail delivery. Now, users who need more control of their data, plus the detailed delivery reporting of Email Tracker, can mask the delivery address in AventX. Version 25.1 also introduces the ability to pass additional variables to the Email Tracker device through the population of “tags” and “user variables” with specified inflation tokens. This enhancement empowers users, especially those leveraging ERP systems like Oracle Cloud Fusion and Oracle EBS, to capture and report on more detailed email delivery information, leading to improved tracking and streamlined reporting workflows.

Supercharge Your Document Delivery with Faster Document Processing

AventX has been enhanced to speed up processing time. Now, instead of processing documents in a job one by one, AventX handles them concurrently. This means faster processing times for jobs with large volumes of documents, allowing you to get your critical information out quicker than ever.

Streamline Oracle EBS Printing with Seamless CUPS Printer Import in AventX
AventX now simplifies the management of your Oracle EBS printing environment by allowing you to import CUPS printers and print to them from Oracle EBS. This enhancement eliminates manual configuration, allowing organizations using UNIX-based print services to migrate and eliminate their existing CUPS setups. By importing these printers into the Direct Print table, you gain centralized control and an intuitive UI for effortless management and modification, ultimately boosting efficiency and reducing administrative overhead.

AventX Expands Printer Management Capabilities with Linux Support

AventX is now extending its printer management utility to the Linux operating system, providing users with greater flexibility and control over their printing environments. This enhancement is particularly beneficial for organizations utilizing CUPS-based printing, as it unlocks advanced configuration options and streamlined printer management directly within the Linux environment. By broadening platform compatibility, AventX empowers users to optimize their printing workflows and enhance overall efficiency across any printing platform—CUPS, Windows Server, Microsoft 365 Universal Print.

Administrator & Security Enhancements

Enhance Security and Streamline Access with AventX’s New PingID SSO Integration

We’ve strengthened AventX’s security capabilities by adding the option to configure Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication with PingID, using PingOne. This integration provides a seamless and secure login experience for users, reducing password fatigue and enhancing overall security posture. By leveraging PingID’s multi-factor authentication, AventX now offers an extra layer of protection for sensitive document workflows. AventX also supports Microsoft Entra ID.

Streamline Document Setup and Management with AventX’s New Document Configuration Export/Import Feature

AventX Administrators can now export and import single document configurations, making migrating settings across different environments significantly easier. This is particularly beneficial for clients implementing new document types in development environments and then seamlessly transitioning those configurations through test, staging, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production environments. This enhancement reduces manual configuration efforts, minimizes errors, and accelerates the deployment process.
