Streamlined Document Setup with Oracle Cloud

AventX Add Your Own Document introduces a powerful new feature that simplifies document configuration and set-up! Simply use the AventX document configuration form to set you your document requirements, then leverage the ESS Poller Definition ID to allow AventX to start processing the job for automatic attachment gathering, fax and email delivery, and printing.

Use CSV Files to Initiate Document Delivery

Effortlessly automate document delivery workflows with AventX for Oracle Cloud and CSV files! This powerful enhancement streamlines the process of sending batch documents by automatically parsing data from a CSV file stored in SharePoint Online. AventX leverages Oracle Cloud ESS Jobs to initiate the process, then extracts information from a SharePoint CSV file to construct and deliver personalized emails with cover letters and relevant attachments, eliminating manual work and ensuring efficient communication.

Redact Delivery Destination from the UI Displays

Under certain conditions, AventX is used to deliver business-critical documents when customer information is stored in a third-party location. Due to regulations, this delivery information cannot be stored outside the third-party application. To accommodate this unique requirement, AventX Core has been enhanced to redact TO/CC/BCC email addresses for email (MailPlus) based on configured DocTypes.

Dynamically Populate Attachments with Data from an Oracle Concurrent Request

Effortlessly populate static Oracle eAM AventX Attachments with relevant data from Oracle Concurrent Requests, saving time and ensuring accuracy. This new enhancement allows users to format static attachments with Form Fields for which AventX can be configured to “fill in” using data pulled from the Concurrent Request. Take, for example, a static safety checklist: AventX can now automatically complete critical information on the checklist such as the asset name/number, time assigned, technician assigned, expected completion date, and much more. This update empowers users with greater control over their printing processes, leading to increased efficiency and improved attachment clarity.
