The email subject line limit has increased from 80 to a generous 255 characters, allowing you to craft more descriptive and engaging subject lines that capture your recipients’ attention. This is particularly useful when creating subject lines using dynamic fields from Oracle EBS or your ERP, such as the recipient company name.

Deliver to More Recipients with Ease

Now, you can enter unlimited characters as long as no individual email address exceeds 256 characters. Separate the email addresses using commas or semi-colons; your To/CC/BCC email address fields are limitless! This enhancement ensures that your critical business documents are delivered with AventX Core from your ERP to the most comprehensive list of recipients.

File Migration Improvements

Ensure File Access Security Between Oracle EBS and SharePoint Online

With this feature, Oracle EBS users are seamlessly added to Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) Security Groups, guaranteeing that only authorized personnel can access critical files during data transfers to SharePoint. By automating user access management when migrating files from EBS to SharePoint, organizations enhance data security, save time, and ensure compliance while streamlining their workflow.

Oracle EBS PO Automation

Streamline Purchase Order Processing with Automated Status Updates in Oracle

Unlock unparalleled efficiency with the latest AventX Email Tracker enhancement for Oracle EBS. A newly introduced database trigger now automatically updates the Purchase Order Acceptance Status in Oracle EBS to “Accepted” the moment the recipient of the Purchase Order clicks “Accept” (or other configurable link/button) in the PO email they receive. This OPTIONAL automation eliminates the necessity for manual updates, reducing human errors and accelerating the Purchase Order processing workflow.
