Ontario County NY Picks AventX for ONESolution to Automate Purchase Orders

With their implementation of SunGard’s ONESolution for Windows approaching, Ontario County New York was in the market for an automated document delivery solution for emailing and faxing purchase orders. With a phone call, Ontario County discovered that STR Software is an approved solution provider for SunGard Public Sector. This partnership, coupled with the advanced functionality of STR’s AventX for ONESolution, made STR Software the clear choice to address Ontario County’s document delivery needs.

With AventX for ONESolution, Ontario County’s purchase orders can be emailed and faxed directly from the ONESolution application in an automated, unattended fashion. The AventX package is also equipped with web-based reporting and document management tools, fully meeting Ontario County’s document delivery requirements. Further endorsement for STR Software and AventX came from neighboring Onondaga County, who had recently purchased AventX for PeopleSoft.
