AventX Email Tracker was designed to fill a significant functionality gap found in the delivery of emails from Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, including Oracle EBS, SAP, JD Edwards, homegrown solutions, and more.

Typically, ERP systems’ email functionality serves as little more than an output mechanism to push the delivery to a relay device. While ERPs may acknowledge that an outbound email was sent, they do not adequately track and report on the status of the delivery.

AventX Email Tracker lets organizations that send critical documents as attachments, access deep insights into the status of sent emails. This significant addition to the software suite allows ERP users to track the journey of sending an email to a customer or vendor. From the moment it leaves the ERP, AventX can now report insights to the end user including updates such as Open and Click Confirmation, Delivered, and Fatal (Bounce) statuses as well as intermediate steps such as Sending, Delayed and Awaiting Confirmation.

With the insights available through AventX, accounts receivable teams will know when their sent invoice was received and opened ensuring a positive cash flow for the operation. Likewise, purchasing managers will promptly know when an order has not been acknowledged, giving them the information to act quickly and ensure their production or process doesn’t come to a halt.
