NAV CANADA Chooses AventX to Automate Document Delivery

NAV CANADA (Ontario, Canada) is Canada’s civil air navigation services provider. With operations coast-to-coast, NAV CANADA is dedicated to the safe movement of air traffic within and around the country’s international airspace. NAV CANADA reached out to STR Software looking for a solution that would automate the delivery of documents from Oracle EBS in an effort to eliminate the need for expensive 3rd party mail houses and idle resources manually faxing documents. In addition to expense reduction, NAV CANADA also required their Oracle EBS integrated document delivery solution to deliver attachments with document emailed from Oracle EBS. Utilizing the AventX Oracle Connector, NAV CANADA was able to streamline document delivery from Oracle EBS, solve the document attachment requirement and significantly reduce costs associated with printing, bursting, and mailing their invoices, leave statements, and other custom reports.
