Specialization
I enjoy completing new implementation projects and solving complex customer delivery requirements. However, one of my favorite things to do is training. Whether it be end-user or administrator training or just explaining how we solved a problem, I like our customers to know the ‘ins and outs,’ the ‘hows and whys’ when using or troubleshooting our products.
Favorite Client Project
I recently worked on a project with an AventX for Oracle EBS customer. They had some particular requirements for the delivery of invoices—including some of their customers that wanted to receive all their invoices attached to a single email on two specific days of the week. This really tested my technical knowledge as well as my creativity. In the end, we were able to meet all their needs with out-of-the-box AventX functionality, meaning no customizations or changes to our products.
Talk to Me About
In my spare time, I enjoy running, cycling, and—most of all—swimming. I train with a local United States Masters Swimming (USMS) team, and the Richmond, VA region has a great resource nearby in the James River. A group on the team meets weekly for a training swim—both upstream and downstream. In addition, I regularly compete in meets and open water swims, as well as water polo matches.
