Council Bluffs Community School District Utilizes AventX for BusinessPLUS for Email Document Delivery

Council Bluffs Community School District (CBCSD), serving more than 9,300 students in Carter Lake, Crescent and Council Bluffs, Iowa, chooses STR Software’s AventX solution for automated delivery from SunGard’s BusinessPLUS financial and school administration Web-based software solution.

In 2010 CBCSD identified a need to streamline their manual purchasing process. Starting with the implementation of BusinessPLUS, CBCSD soon thereafter made the replacement of manual fax or print and mail processes a priority. CBCSD reached out to STR Software due to their strong relationship with SunGuard. After demonstrating the value of the AventX product suite, CBCSD chose STR Software to provide them with an automated secure and confirmed email document delivery system.
